Clark Bay has been meticulously designed to cater to guests of all abilities. Cottages feature unique RAL (Relax and Live) design with vaulted ceilings, timber finishes. Whether sitting inside, or lazing on your private deck, you'll enjoy uninterrupted views of the peaceful Wagonga Inlet.

Each self-contained cottage is appointed with:

• Fully ramped and wheelchair accessible. No step entrances and ramps no greater than 20:1 (standard is 14:1).
• Remote controlled electrically operated entrance doors.
• Private verandahs.
• Open plan living areas and wider doors designed for easy wheelchair access.
• TV/VCR.
• Washing machine and clothes dryer.
• Remote controlled reverse cycle air condition provides comfort all year round.
• Heavy insulation for temperature and noise (R3.7).
• All linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and cookware
• A music system

The bedrooms have:

• Two Posture Slat electronically-adjustable king size single beds
• Two Posturepeadic king size single beds in each cottage
  
• Overhead hoist (in first cottage) from bed to bathroom

Accessible bathrooms are fitted with:

• Thermostatically controlled hot water (preventing accidental burns)
• Grab rails on all walls, and drop down grab rails next to toilets
• Hobless 'wheel in' shower areas
• Hand held shower heads
• Quarter turn 'batwing' taps
• Altro non-slip safety flooring
• Ceramic 'disabled access' toilets
• For those who wish for that little something extra, Cottage 3 has the added indulgence of its own spa and dishwasher.

Additional equipment includes:

• Oxford Portable Lifting hoists
• Bed Sticks
• Commode chairs
• Shower chairs
• Waterproof bed protectors
• Sand Tracks - for wheelchair beach access

The cottages are designed on the 'Smart Home' philosophy, with all switches at accessible height, 'pushbutton' technology used throughout, eg television, video, stereo, electric entry door, front-load washer and dryer.
